Raashi Khanna is a famous south Indian actress who works in Telugu and Tamil film industries.

Raashi Khanna brought into the world on 30th November 1990 is an Indian on-screen actress who works basically in Telugu and Tamil language films. She began her vocation with the Hindi film Madras Cafe as an actress and made her Telugu debut with the film Oohalu Gusagusalade (2014), with the film Imaikkaa Nodigal (2018) in Tamil.
She followed this with an appearance in Manam (2014).Later she showed up in commercially fruitful movies like Bengal Tiger (2015), Supreme (2016), Jai Lava Kusa (2017) Tholi Prema (2018).
Debut (2013–2014):
Khanna made her presentation with the 2013 Indian political spy thriller film Madras Cafe, where she assumed the role of Ruby Singh, the spouse of an Indian intelligence official Vikram Singh, portrayed by John Abraham, who was additionally the producer. She had to experience acting workshops before taking up the role. The movie—especially the story and direction—dazzled most Indian critics.
The actor Srinivas Avasarala approached Raashi for the female lead role in film Oohalu Gusagusalade, who also played himself and Naga Shourya in the leading roles, she signed at the end of October 2013 after considering several other south films.
In early April 2014, Raasi Khanna mentioned that she had made a cameo role appearance in the Telugu film Manam, which had its theatrical release before Oohalu Gusagusalade, Oohalu Gusagusalade opened up to positive reviews by critics and Khanna was lauded for her role.
Her next film in Telugu was Joru, directed by Kumar Nagendra in opposite to Sundeep Kishan, Sushma Raj, and, Priya Banerjee which she signed after Madras Cafe and shooting for Oohalu Gusagusalade.
Success and other Works (2015–present)
The next film by Khanna was Jil, directed by the debutant Radha Krishna Kumar opposite Gopichand. She was signed for film Shivam in early May 2015, replacing younger sister Aisha Sharma of Neha Sharma. She was signed for the film Bengal Tiger, directed by Sampath Nandi, opposite Ravi Teja in late December 2014. The movie was released to mixed reviews but was successful commercially at the box office. Globally, it grossed about 405 million (US$ 5.7 million) and became the year's 8th highest grossing Telugu film.
A commercial hit was her next film, Supreme, in which she starred with Sai Dharam Tej. Her next release was Hyper, this movie opened up to positive to negative reviews opposite Ram Pothineni and was an Decent Grosser at the box office.
In 2017 Jai Lava Kusa was her first release, opposite N. T. Rama Rao Jr. was subject to positive feedback and commercial success in the box office, She began her career in Malayalam, Villain, with Mohanlal and Vishal as stars and directed under B. Unnikrishnan. While Manju Warrier is partnered with Mohanlal, Raashi has played a key role in seeking out a tough cop in the film. The movie later opened up to strong reviews with reviewers praising her depiction of a gritty, ambitious cop and doing well at the box office. Her last output was Oxygen, marking Gopichand's second collaboration, opening up to mixed reviews. She beheld the role of a well-received village belle.
The first release of Khanna in 2018 was Touch Chesi Chudu, opposite Ravi Teja, in which she attempted a dance instructor role. While the film went on a major pre-release buzz, it later opened up to mixed and critical reviews and struggled in the box office.
Within a week, her next release was Toli Prema, opposite Varun Tej, open to critical acclaim from critics and also from the public, with critics highly praising her role as "Varsha", A girl who is self-determined and mature in behaviour, and the sparkling relationship between lead pair.
Her second film was Srinivasa Kalyanam, opposite Nithin, directed by national award winner satish Vegesna, was released to positive reviews and critics applauded the synergy between lead pair, with primarily praising the success of raashi as a mature girl sri and carrying the essence throughout the film.
Next film of Khanna was Imaikkaa Nodigal, her debut in Tamil cinema opened for highly positive reviews and was commercially successful in the box office. She is going to have Shaitan Ka Bachcha released opposite Siddharth. She is also doing her third Adanga Maru, a Tamil film, opposite Jayam Ravi. She also undertook to introduce an untitled next to Vishal and another opposite to Vijay Devarakonda.
She had two releases in 2019, Venky mama opposite Naga Chaitanya and Venkatesh Daggubati and Prathi roju pandage starring Sai dharam tej, both at the box office were mega hits.
